Program Logistics
- 10-month academic cycle running typically from June to March.
- Short duration morning sessions (approx. 2.5 to 3 hours daily) to aid separation.
- Intimate batch size (10-12 children) with 1:6 teacher ratio for personalized attention.
Core Activities
- Practical Life Exercises like pouring and spooning to build fine motor skills.
- Sensorial aids including knobbed cylinders and texture boards.
- Language development through storytelling and vocabulary picture cards.
Skill Building
- Basic fireless cooking on 'Chef Day' (peeling, washing vegetables).

Primary Montessori (2.5y - 6y)
Academic Structure
- Access to all 5 Montessori environments: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Arithmetic, and Culture.
- Extended school timing (approx. 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM), 5 days a week.
- Vertical mixed age grouping (M1, M2, M3) to foster peer learning.
Premium Collaborations
- SaPa Music Program (Subramaniam Academy) covering raga and rhythm.
- Dance and movement sessions curated by external experts.
- Physical education including Yoga, Zumba, and Wall Climbing facility.
Real World Exposure

About Montessori Preschool Program
Our world at Eka revolves around children and their curiosity. For 11 years, I've watched little ones walk in, unsure, and walk out with a bold sense of independence. Inspired by Dr. Maria Montessori, I guide kids to find joy in learning, not just memorize stuff. Here, play is serious business and every day is packed with new adventures.
What Makes Us Different

- We bring in real community helpers, like dentists, and run projects like Recycle Month to teach social responsibility

- We celebrate Indian festivals with kids making diyas, arranging Golu, creating Pookalam, and crafting eco-friendly Ganesha idols. These moments make learning about culture easy and fun.
Our Space
- Montessori classrooms, a cozy library, outdoor sand pit, climbing wall, AV room, and a big play area. Kids get to run, climb, and watch special screenings.

- I see parents and even grandparents join in for events. It’s a real community here, not just a school. The journey’s still going - picture abhi baaki hai doston (the movie’s not over yet, friends)!

My Story
We’re Eka Montessori. Been at this for 11 years now. Started with a simple idea - every child deserves to grow with their imagination and innocence intact. Dr. Maria Montessori inspired us big time, so we don’t just stick to classrooms. Kids here learn by making Pookolam for Onam, lighting diyas, or heading out on field trips. Parents trust us, and that keeps us going. Our UTSAV was all about kids creating, sharing, and giving back. That’s the Eka way.
My Work
Montessori Early Education & After-School Programs - We offer Montessori for ages 1.8+ and unique workshops - Abacus, Robotics, Bharatanatyam, Karate, and more.
Experiential Learning Montessori - Kids learn by doing, exploring, and thinking for themselves. Independence and self-correction matter here.
Small Batches, Personal Attention - We keep our groups small. Trainers are passionate. Weekday and weekend batches available.
Cultural Experiences & Eco-Friendly Ganesha Activity - Festivals are our classroom too - kids shape Ganeshas, mix yellu bella, and learn about values and roots.
Real-World Learning Trips - Sand pit, climbing wall, theatre visits, and more. Learning happens everywhere, not just inside four walls.
