This is my ground. A wide shot of a busy group class where everyone is engaged, either hitting the heavy bags or doing pad work with a partner. The energy is contagious.
Even in a group setting, I make sure to provide individual corrections. Here I'm working with one student on their combinations while the rest of the class continues their drills.
Our group sessions aren't just about boxing. We incorporate strength and conditioning drills, like this barbell exercise, to build the all-around power a fighter needs.
About this collection
People think group classes are just chaotic crowd-work, but here, we keep the batch size strictly limited to 2 to 3 people. This means I am not shouting from the sidelines, I am right there with you. I rotate through the group, giving every single person dedicated pad work and correcting your stance in real-time. You get the high energy of a team with the technical feedback of a private session.
It is easy to hide in a crowd, but not in my sessions. When you train with a group, the energy shifts. We operate on a rotational basis: one person is on pads with me, another is smashing the heavy bag, and the third is hitting a strength circuit. This ensures zero downtime and constant movement.
