Even if you're just starting, we begin with the basics. This clip shows a beginner's pad work session, focusing on getting the stance and basic punches right before we build up.

Getting back to the field feels best when you stay consistent. Here I'm working with a client on pad drills, combining punches and movement to simulate a real fight scenario.

Pad work time is where we sharpen the tools. I'm holding the pads for a client, working on defensive slips and counter-punches to improve reaction time.

Whether you are a total beginner wanting to learn the basics of stance and guard, or you have some experience and need to sharpen your combinations and explosive power, this is designed for you.

Every student gets a customized diet chart based on their specific goals—whether that’s weight loss or muscle gain. We track macros, not just calories, because nutrition is half the battle.
