My Injury Recovery Story and Fitness Philosophy
They told me I would never lift heavy again. I didn't listen. This is the story of my injury, my recovery, and how I use that same resilience to train every single client.
A warrior doesn't seek pain, but if pain comes, he uses it. This video shows my journey from right before the accident to my recovery, turning a setback into a source of strength and devotion.
About this collection
When I was sitting there with my arm in a sling, I realized that true strength isn't just about moving weight. It is about mobility, discipline, and understanding your body's limits. My coaching style is built on this reality. I prioritize form and injury prevention above all else, ensuring you push your limits without ending up on the sidelines like I once was.
People think fitness is linear. They see the PRs and the muscle, but they miss the downfall. My journey involved a major shoulder injury that halted everything. That period taught me more about my body than any gym session ever did. I stopped chasing numbers and started focusing on the fundamentals of human movement—mobility, alignment, and mental clarity.
My Approach to Injury-Safe Training
I don't just dump workouts on you. Because I have been through a serious recovery, I watch your form like a hawk.
- Active Recovery: If you are dealing with a past injury, we work around it, not through it. We focus on stabilizing muscles before we build explosive power.
- Mindset First: My 'Eat-Sleep-Train-Repeat' mantra applies to recovery too. Discipline is the only way you get back to 100 percent.
- Real-Time Feedback: In our 1-on-1 sessions, I provide constant tactile correction. If your shoulder placement is off during a press or your pivot is wrong in boxing, we fix it immediately to prevent long-term damage.
Whether you are training for boxing, calisthenics, or general strength, my goal is to keep you in the game for the long haul. We train like warriors, but we act like professionals. Bas tu karta jaa (just keep at it), and stay consistent. If you are in Bengaluru and ready to commit to a process that values longevity over ego, let's get to work.
