1-on-1 Personal Training
This is where we get into the details. I provide personalized feedback and hands-on pad work to correct your form, improve your combinations, and build your confidence, whether you're a beginner or an experienced boxer. Each session is tailored to your specific goals.
Group Boxing Energy
Train with a team and feel the motivation. My group classes are high-energy sessions focused on heavy bag work, pad drills, and conditioning that will push your stamina and sharpen your skills. It doesn't matter if you're new or experienced; everyone works together.
Shadow Boxing: The Art of Movement
Boxing is fought with your feet. I focus heavily on shadow boxing to perfect your footwork, head movement, and punching form, building the muscle memory you need to be fluid and efficient. This is a core part of my training philosophy.
Building Your Engine: Strength & Conditioning
A fighter needs a strong engine. My sessions include classic conditioning like skipping and running, plus strength training with weights and resistance bands to build explosive power and crazy endurance. This is how we build the stamina to go the distance.
The Comeback: My Injury & Recovery
They told me I couldn't lift weights again after a major shoulder injury. For me, training is a spiritual path of overcoming what seems impossible. This is the mindset I bring to every client: we fight back, no matter the downfall.
