About Calisthenics Training
My Approach
For me, calisthenics is way more than just a workout. I see it as training the mind, the body, and your overall willpower. You can have a six-pack and still feel weak inside. The real challenge is building both strength and discipline - becoming a warrior in your own way.
What Calisthenics Really Means
People keep asking, "kya faida itna mehnat ka?" (what’s the point of all this hard work?). Not everyone gets it. Calisthenics is about seeing how much you can do with just your body. No fancy machines, just pure bodyweight exercise progressions. You push, pull, balance, and sometimes fail, but every bit makes you stronger in real life too.
Skills We’ll Tackle
- Handstand training tips: We work on handstands step by step, from basics to holding your balance upside down.
- Pull-ups, muscle-ups, and more: Form first, then reps, and finally those gravity-defying moves.
- Planche, front lever, core stability workouts: If you want to unlock advanced skills, we’ll break it down into doable chunks.
- Always a rock-solid core. No shortcuts.
How We Train
I train people one-on-one or in small groups, online or in-person. I keep things flexible so you can stick to a functional strength routine no matter how packed your schedule gets.

My Story
Log sochte hain ki 2-3 mahine mein body ban jaayegi (people think you get fit in 2-3 months), but asli kahani kuch aur hai. My journey had injuries, low days, even an arm in a sling. Par bhagwan dusra mauka deta hai (God gives you a second chance). Fitness is my therapy, not just muscles but mind too. My goal? Just 1% better every day. Warrior bano, gym mein aur zindagi mein (be a warrior, in gym and life).

Boxing, Strength & Conditioning, Calisthenics - I train people for complete body transformation, powerlifting, boxing for beginners, and bodyweight calisthenics.
Discipline Over Motivation - Eat-Sleep-Train-Repeat. It’s not easy, but I focus on building discipline, not just chasing motivation.
