My studio isn't just about poses—it's where we use props like yoga blocks and straps to make alignment accessible to everyone. When you join a session, expect to focus on building real strength, not just flexibility, so you can practice safely for years to come.
Yoga is a practice for life, and this studio is the heart of where that journey begins. In our Konanakunte space, we go beyond the standard flow. You will find Hatha Yoga classes designed to build a strong foundation, with hands-on alignment guidance to ensure you move safely.
We also bring a bit of play into the mix with our Krida Yoga sessions. These are interactive, fun-filled classes where we use partner games and laughter techniques to help you reconnect with your inner child while breaking a sweat. It is not always about being serious—it is about finding joy in movement.
Because we prioritize safety and individual attention, our batches are kept intentionally small. This allows me to spot your posture, offer modifications using props, and help you understand your body’s unique limits. Whether you are a total beginner or an advanced practitioner looking to refine your asanas, the focus remains on consistent practice—Abhyaasa—and the steady progress that comes with it.
