This is my personal space to move and breathe. I created this studio in Yelahanka to combine my spiritual practice with physical strength, creating a home where you can manifest your goals.
This is the space where we will manifest our goals together. I designed my Yelahanka studio to be a modern, light-filled sanctuary, with clean lines and calm energy, so you can focus completely on your yoga practice.
Finding strength and flexibility is a core part of my personal practice. Here, I’m connecting with my body and the space around me, a feeling I guide my students to discover in every class.
The Nataraj idol is the spiritual center of my studio. This beautiful representation of Lord Shiva as the cosmic dancer inspires every movement and reminds us of the divine rhythm within us all.
My practice is deeply connected to my spiritual roots. Here at the historic Lepakshi temple, I feel the powerful link between yoga, dance, and ancient traditions, an energy I bring into my teaching.
The opening of my studio was a dream come true, and I was so happy to be surrounded by warmth and good wishes. I am holding this bouquet, feeling grateful and excited to welcome you into this community.

My studio isn't just a place to workout; I specifically chose professional sprung wood flooring because I know how crucial joint protection is when you’re building flexibility. It’s a safe, shock-absorbing surface designed so you can move, jump, or hold your asanas without worrying about the floor impacting your knees or ankles.
Yoga for me is about 'Manifest, Believe, Receive'. It is the mantra that guides not just my dance, but every breath I teach in this studio. When I opened this space in Yelahanka, I wanted to move away from the crowded, impersonal gym feel. Instead, I designed a quiet sanctuary where the energy is focused, calm, and grounded.
The Practice
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your flow, my sessions are designed to meet you where you are. We work in small batches of 10-15 people. This allows me to personally check your posture during Hatha or Vinyasa flows, ensuring you get the benefits of the asanas without risking injury. We focus on:
- Surya Namaskar variations for full-body conditioning
- Integrated Pranayama to improve respiratory health
- Guided Shavasana to help you disconnect from the stress of the city
Why the Studio Matters
I believe that the environment dictates the practice. With high ceilings, large wall mirrors for self-correction, and air-conditioned ventilation, the studio creates a comfortable space for you to show up as you are.
