Our sessions go far beyond standard mat practice. Whether you join us for traditional Hatha in our Konanakunte studio, or step out of your comfort zone with our blindfolded workshops, you will find a supportive community that celebrates progress over perfection.
At Shree Yoga Academy, we view yoga as a journey that extends into every part of your day. We believe in consistent practice, which we call Abhyaasa, because it is the small, daily efforts that eventually transform body, mind, and spirit.
Our studio in Konanakunte serves as our home base, where we run regular Hatha Yoga classes designed for all levels. We place a heavy focus on proper alignment and building functional strength rather than just working on flexibility. If you are new to the practice or getting back into it, our instructors are there to guide you through every posture, ensuring you feel safe and supported.
We also love to keep things fresh. Our unique offerings, such as Blindfolded Yoga, help you develop deeper sensory awareness and trust in your own body, while our Raft Yoga sessions on the water provide a fun, core-intensive challenge. Beyond the specific exercises, we are a community. We celebrate milestones, support each other through group challenges, and share in the joy of the yogic journey together.
