Ready to shift your focus inward? In these sensory-deprivation sessions, we move beyond sight to truly feel our alignment and find balance. Come experience a deeper connection with your body. 🙏

Watch my students explore balance and concentration during a blindfolded yoga practice. This session is designed to heighten sensory awareness and build profound trust between mind and body.

About Blindfolded Yoga: Trust & Tune In

When the lights go out or the blindfold goes on, your balance shifts immediately. In my sessions, we limit batches to 10-15 people specifically so I can actively spot and guide you safely through balancing poses like Tree or Dancer's Pose. You aren't just stretching; you are training your proprioception to trust your body’s inner compass.

In these 90-minute workshops, we focus on proprioception—your body's ability to sense itself in space. Without visual cues, the nervous system heightens its response, making every micro-movement deliberate. We move through a sequence designed to challenge your stability and build profound internal alignment.

What to Expect

We practice at my Konanakunte studio on a stable granite floor. I provide sanitized fabric blindfolds, though you are welcome to bring your own cloth strip if you prefer. My instruction relies heavily on auditory-only verbal cues, which helps you move from thinking about the pose to actually feeling it.

Why Practice Without Sight?

Many students feel like their practice hits a plateau where they simply go through the motions. Blindfolded yoga breaks that cycle. By removing sight, you are forced to engage your core and find your center in a way that is impossible when you are focused on the wall or the mirror. It is not just about the physical challenge; it is about learning to trust your own instincts.

Safety First

Because balancing without vision carries a risk of swaying, I keep these batches small—capped at 15 participants. This allows me to provide active monitoring and manual spotting during the more difficult balancing sequences. Whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner, this workshop offers a fresh perspective on your Abhyaasa. Om Namah Shivaya.
