You do not need to be flexible to start. My beginner classes focus on safe alignment and breath, helping you build confidence from day one at your own pace.

You don't need hours to start feeling the benefits of yoga. Join me for this 15 minute beginner friendly routine that you can do every day from home. We begin with simple neck rotations to ease stiffness and then move to gentle arm stretches to open up the shoulders. This is a perfect way to start your morning or unwind after a long day.

Many people have questions before starting yoga. "Am I flexible enough?" "Can yoga help with weight loss?" In this video, I answer these common questions to show you that yoga is accessible to everybody and explain how its focus on breath and mindful movement offers unique benefits for both body and mind.

You do not need any prior experience to join my classes. This image shows students in Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward Facing Dog, a foundational yoga pose. I guide everyone gently, ensuring you learn the correct alignment to build a safe and strong practice from day one.

A holistic practice for complete well being. In every class, we combine physical postures (asanas) like the Bhujangasana or Cobra Pose seen here, with breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. This approach helps release physical tension, balance your energy, and quiet the mind.

Each of my online yoga classes is 60 minutes long. This gives us enough time to properly warm up, move through a sequence of asanas like the Parsvottanasana variation shown here, and cool down with restorative poses and meditation. It is one hour dedicated to nourishing your body, mind, and soul.

About Beginner's Corner: Start Your Journey

In my sessions, I keep the batches deliberately small. You will not just be a face in the crowd. Whether you join me in my GK-1 studio or via Zoom, I pay close attention to your alignment and form. For a beginner, that personal correction is exactly what ensures you practice safely while building real, lasting strength.
