About Announcements & Schedules
You don't need to stress about missing a live session. My schedule is built for flexibility, allowing you to switch between morning and evening batches, and if life gets in the way, you can always catch up with the provided session recordings.
Consistency is Key
Yoga works best when it is a regular habit, not a one-off event. My schedule from Monday to Friday is designed to help you build a rhythm that sticks.
My Daily Schedule
- Sunrise Strength & Flow (6:45 AM): Best for waking up your body and boosting energy for the day ahead.
- Hatha Yoga Asana (8:00 AM): A balanced approach to building strength and flexibility, perfect for all levels.
- Meditation & Pranayama (10:30 AM): Dedicated time to calm the nervous system and clear the mind.
- Evening Restorative Yoga (6:00 PM): A gentle way to decompress after a long workday, focusing on stress relief and recovery.
Why These Batches Work
I keep my batches small on purpose. This isn't about fitting as many people as possible into a Zoom call. It is about me being able to see you on screen, correct your alignment, and answer your questions.
If you are juggling a busy work life, you can switch between these slots based on your availability. Plus, every participant gets access to our private community group for updates on special workshops, like our winter bootcamps orgut health focus sessions. If you are new, start with the morning flows and move to restorative sessions as you get comfortable.
