In-Gym 1-on-1 Personal Training
Training Specifications
- Frequency: 3 to 5 sessions per week depending on the package tier.
- Duration: 60 minutes of dedicated floor time per session.
- Location: Service delivered at affiliated Bangalore gyms (Mutant Fitness, The Fitness Den, Republic Fitness, Next Level Fitness).
Coaching & Safety
- Heavy Lifting Support: Physical spotting for compound lifts (Deadlifts, Squats) to allow safe training to failure.
- Real-Time Correction: Immediate tactile and verbal cues to fix posture and ensure muscle engagement.
Comprehensive Care
- Nutrition: Monthly diet charts integrated with the training plan.
- Tracking: Regular measurement of weight, BMI, and visual progress.
- Note: Gym membership is not included in this fee; user must purchase facility access separately.
Premium At-Home Personal Training
Service Delivery
- Doorstep Convenience: Trainer travels to your residence or society gym within the serviceable radius.
- Volume: Includes 12 to 16 sessions per month (approx. 3-4 days per week).
- Privacy: 1-on-1 coaching in your personal space, avoiding crowded commercial gyms.

- Methodology: Functional training, HIIT, and resistance workouts adapted to your home environment.
- Equipment Support: Guidance on procuring home-gym essentials or utilizing portable tools brought by the trainer.
- Holistic Plan: Includes full diet planning and lifestyle monitoring (sleep, hydration).
Remote Lifestyle & Transformation Coaching
Program Structure
- Custom Plans: Macro-calculated diet chart and 4-6 day workout split provided as detailed PDFs.
- Specific Targeting: Routines designed for specific goals (weight loss, muscle gain) or conditions (PCOD/PCOS).
Remote Accountability
- Weekly Check-ins: Mandatory WhatsApp updates submitting weight, measurements, and physique photos.
- Technique Review: Analysis of client-submitted workout videos to correct form remotely.

- Note: This is an offline guidance plan and does not include live video call supervision.
