Hey, Sharaf here. Fitness isn’t just my work, it’s my story. I’ve been that guy at 98kg, worked my way down to 77kg. So, I get the grind, the slip-ups, the tiny wins. I want to help you get stronger, not just look fit. When I’m not pushing weights, I’m behind a camera or out with my cricket gang, or chilling with my cats. Life’s got to have some balance, right?
