I wasn't always a trainer. I spent 13 years transforming my own body, failing, learning, and finally mastering the grind. Here is the reality behind the progress.
My journey from 2012 to 2023. The struggle was real but worth it. It took 13 years to learn everything from the basics to an advanced level, and I'm still learning.
This is the result of years of dedication. I practice the same principles of hard work and consistency that I teach my clients every single day.

About My Fitness Journey & Expertise
I didn't start as an athlete. I started at 98kg, and my entire coaching methodology comes from that 13-year grind of cutting down to 77kg. Every workout plan I write for you is built on the same principles of consistency and corrective form that fixed my own posture and muscle imbalances.
Most trainers tell you what to do. I show you how to survive the process. My 13-year journey from a beginner to a certified nutritionist and coach is the blueprint for everything I do. When we train, we are not just counting reps. We are looking at your BMI, your hormonal health, and your specific movement patterns.
Whether you come to me for PCOD or PCOS management, weight loss, or strength training, the approach remains the same: honest, sustainable habits. I handle posture correction, heavy lifting spotting, and nutrition planning because I know that missing a single piece of the puzzle ruins progress.
