About this collection

Transformation isn't just about the number on the scale. Many of my female clients come to me managing PCOD or PCOS, and the most common mistake is over-training or starving. We do the opposite. We build strength, correct your posture, and focus on sustainable fat loss through steady, consistent resistance training. You won't see results overnight, but you will build a body that lasts.

The journey from 98kg to 77kg, or dropping BMI from 44 to 33, doesn't happen because of a fad diet. It happens because of discipline. My approach for women's body transformation is built on three things: sustainable nutrition, heavy lifting, and correct form.

Why my approach works

  • PCOD and PCOS Management: We work around hormonal challenges rather than against them. This means focusing on strength training that supports insulin sensitivity and consistent movement that doesn't burn you out.
  • Posture Correction: If you spend all day at a desk, your shoulders and back are likely taking the hit. We fix your posture while we burn fat.
  • Real Food, No Starvation: You don't need to quit carbs to lose fat. I design nutrition plans that you can actually stick to, whether you are training at home or at gyms like Fitness Den or Republic Fitness.

Your role in the process

I can build the plan, track your macros, and spot your lifts, but I cannot do the workout for you. If you are looking for someone to coddle you, I am not the right trainer.
