We do not do fad diets or random gym routines. My programmes focus on progressive overload and compound movements like squats and deadlifts to build real, functional mass. If you are struggling with a sedentary lifestyle or health markers like pre-diabetes, we address that through a combination of HIIT, resistance training, and lifestyle adjustments.
Every transformation you see here came from a simple, non-negotiable principle: showing up. Whether you are aiming for fat loss, muscle gain, or a complete body recomp, the roadmap is the same. It starts with a custom nutrition plan that is not about starvation, but about fueling your progress with clean, macro-calculated food. We track weight, BMI, and visual progress regularly to ensure we are actually moving the needle.
I operate out of partner gyms including The Fitness Den and Next Level Fitness in Bangalore, or I can come to you for home sessions if you need privacy.
