Real training isn't just about counting reps. It's about knowing your limits and safely pushing past them. My coaching is hands-on, focused on form, and built for results.
This is the definition of progress. We started with basic stability and mobility exercises using 2.5 kg weights. Now, he is squatting 100 kg because of pure dedication and a mindset that never gives up.
I am here to push you past your limits. This video shows me assisting a client on the leg extension machine to ensure he strengthens his quadriceps safely and effectively.
Making my clients stronger every day. Here I am guiding multiple clients through deadlifts, focusing on proper form and technique to build powerful posterior chains.
Form is everything. Here, I am guiding a client through a trap bar deadlift, ensuring her posture is correct to maximize strength gains and prevent injury. This is what personalized coaching looks like.

About Personalized Coaching in Action
I don’t just stand back and count reps. When you’re under the bar, I’m right there spotting your form, using tactile cues to ensure your scapula is retracted or your spine is neutral. If your technique breaks, we stop and fix it before adding a single kg.
You see the transformation photos, but this is the real work behind them. My coaching is built on consistency and mechanics, not quick fixes. Whether we are training at Mutant Fitness, The Fitness Den, Republic Fitness, or Next Level Fitness, the priority is always the same: keep you safe so you can train hard.
My Approach to Coaching
- Tactile Correction: I don't just watch. I use verbal and tactile cues to correct your posture, ensure muscle engagement, and prevent injury during heavy lifts like deadlifts or squats.
- Customized Intensity: If ur just starting, we focus on mobility and stability. If you're intermediate, we push into hypertrophy or strength work. My plans change as you do.
- Sustainable Habits: Diet charts aren't about starvation. They are about fuel. We adjust based on ur lifestyle, including work stress and sleep patterns, to ensure the fat loss or muscle gain actually sticks.
- PCOD/PCOS & Special Needs: I manage training plans for clients with PCOD or PCOS, focusing on what works for hormonal balance and gradual strength building.
