Bodyweight & Core Conditioning Training
Forget fancy gym machines. We build real-world strength using bodyweight drills and core stability exercises right here at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium.
Core strength is non-negotiable. Our group sessions on the mats include a variety of exercises like planks, side planks, and bridge poses to build a stable and powerful core.
Getting that core burning with some indoor mat work. Our athletes perform weighted crunches and leg raises to target different parts of the abdomen for comprehensive core strength.
Push harder than yesterday if you want a different tomorrow. We incorporate partner exercises like wheelbarrow push-ups and piggyback runs to make strength building challenging and fun.
Play, sweat, repeat. Our summer camp philosophy is about making fitness enjoyable. We use partner resistance drills and agility ladders to teach kids about teamwork and hard work.
Sometimes the best strength training is a classic tug of war. It's a full body workout that builds raw power, teamwork, and a competitive spirit in a fun group setting.

Our core training is not about gym vanity. It is about athletic stability. Whether you are prepping for a competitive sport or just building a foundation, we focus on functional movements like planks, partner resistance drills, and bodyweight exercises that stabilize the spine and hips. We train on the ground, not on machines. The strength you build here is strength you can actually use on the field.
At Unique Sports Academy, we believe the core is the engine of the body. If your foundation is weak, your performance suffers. That is why we integrate core work into every single session. We skip the fancy equipment and focus on what works: old-school dedication.
Why we train this way
You will see us doing partner workouts, wheelbarrow push-ups, and intense mat-based drills. This builds functional strength. It means muscles that work together, not just muscles that look good in a mirror. You will get core strength, improved balance, and the kind of endurance that keeps you going when others tire out.
The environment
Training happens at the Rajiv Gandhi Sports Complex in Banashankari. It is a no-nonsense outdoor environment. We have the dirt track, we have the mats, and we have a group of people who are here to hustle. You are not training alone. You are surrounded by athletes—some are training for Kabaddi or Netball, others are here for general fitness. That energy is contagious.
What to expect
- Consistency: We train 6 days a week.
- Variability: From weighted crunches to resistance running, no two sessions are exactly the same.
- Intensity: If you are looking to coast, this is not the place. If you are looking to level up your fitness in Bangalore, this is exactly where you need to be.
