Data-driven athletic training in Bengaluru. We bridge the gap between gym strength and on-field speed using force plates and objective sports science.

A day of off-season training with professional footballer Kwame Peprah. My program for him includes sport-specific drills, heavy strength work like trap bar deadlifts, injury prevention exercises, and physiotherapy to ensure he returns to the season at his peak.

Building explosive speed and power with footballer Rohit Danu. His off-season training focuses on transferring force efficiently from the gym to the field, with targeted plyometrics and heavy hip thrusts to enhance acceleration and agility.

Champions are made in the off-season. Here, players from I-League 2 champions Sporting Club Bengaluru are engaged in a group training session on the turf, building the fitness base that led to an injury-free season.
