Every morning you have two choices: sleep with your dreams, or wake up and chase them. Our hurdle drills are designed to make you quicker, more agile, and ready to chase down any goal.

Hurdle drills are essential for any athlete looking to improve footwork and agility. We focus on quick, controlled movements to build speed and coordination on the field.

You get what you put in. Our athletes consistently work on agility drills with mini hurdles to improve their speed, reaction time, and overall athletic performance.

This is a snapshot of our comprehensive training approach. We combine agility ladder drills for quick feet, weight training for strength, and sport-specific Kabaddi practice on the mat.

A typical day at our summer camp involves making use of the entire stadium. Here, our young athletes are doing step workouts on the stadium stairs to build leg power and endurance.

We take our training beyond the stadium grounds. An endurance run through Lalbagh gives our athletes fresh air and a new challenge, building stamina and team spirit.

Our training programs are for everyone, from young kids to adults. We start with group warm up jogs and move into cone drills for agility and sport-specific training with medicine balls.

A morning session always starts with a proper dynamic warm up. We use drills like high knees and leg swings to prepare the body for an intense workout and prevent injuries.
