Para-Athlete Training & National Medalists
We don't believe in limits, only in the slog. Train with our squad in Bengaluru, where national medalists and beginners alike push for the same finish line.
"Even without sight, there is no limit to achievement." Our para-athlete Ganga shares her inspiring story of winning national and international medals with the support of our coaches, Roshan and Vikram.
Gold for Gangavva at the 23rd National Para Athletics Championship in Chennai. Here she is with her well deserved medal and trophy for the F12 Women’s Javelin Throw.
The definition of relentless. Our para-athlete Gangavva pushes through a tough set of incline dumbbell presses, building the upper body strength required for javelin throwing, with our coach spotting every rep.
Building immense lower body power. Watch our para-athlete Ganga push 200kg on the hack squat machine, a testament to her incredible strength and our focused training programs.
Our para-athletes making the nation proud. This newspaper clipping celebrates the outstanding performances of Soumya, Bharathi, and Mohit at the National Para Athletics Championships.
Double gold for Mohit. Pictured here with his coach on the track, Mohit dominated the T12 category, winning both the 200m and 400m sprints through sheer speed and determination.
Triple glory for Bharathi. Our F37 category champion showcased her versatility and power, securing gold in shot put and 100m, and silver in long jump.
About this collection
You train alongside national medalists, not in isolation. When you step into our facility, whether it is the track at Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium or our gym in Kumaraswamy Layout, the training intensity is tailored to your goals. We do not believe in bhedbhav (discrimination); if you show up to put in the work, we provide the same strength, conditioning, and technical track drills that we give our pro-level competitors.
Our academy is built on the belief that kannu kaanade idru saadhanege kammi illa (even without sight, there is no lack of achievement). We have created a space where para-athletes are not treated differently, just trained harder.
How We Train Our Champions
We treat every athlete like a competitor. Our para-athletics program is split between two primary venues in Bengaluru to ensure full-body development:
- Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium, Jayanagar: This is where we work on track speed and technical proficiency. Whether you are in the T12 or T13 category, or focused on field events like Javelin or Shot Put, our coaches Vikram and Roshan monitor your biomechanics, foot strike efficiency, and arm action.
- Kumaraswamy Layout Gym: Strength wins medals. We push our athletes through heavy lifting blocks—squats, deadlifts, and functional moves—to build the explosive power needed for competition. You will see our athletes, like Ganga, pushing 200kg on the hack squat machine, not because it looks good, but because that is the requirement to stand on a national podium.
Why Train With Us?
We have successfully coached athletes to gold and silver medals at the Junior and Sub-Junior National Para Athletics Championships. Our approach is simple: we provide the tools, the programming, and the belief. You provide the fire. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start chasing your sapne (dreams), we have a spot for you on the track.
Indian Athletic Academy
We are more than a gym, we are a tribe. Roshan, Vikram, and the whole crew are here to push you past the limits you have set for yourself. We live for the 5 AM starts and the grind, because that is where champions are actually made.
