Speed and agility are non-negotiable. Our group conditioning includes dynamic drills like hurdle jumps and cone footwork to improve explosive power and quickness, essential for any fighter.
This is what a real spar day looks like at our club. We practice controlled, technical sparring to sharpen reflexes, test techniques, and build ring intelligence. It is you versus you, every single time.
A typical session at Champions Corner. We start with preparation like hand wrapping, move to fundamental stance and shadow boxing drills, and finish with conditioning like push-ups and stretches.

We build functional strength and endurance. Our warm-ups and conditioning circuits include exercises like burpees and jump rope to get the heart rate up and prepare the body for intense training.
