Baking with Heart, Not Pre-Mixes
I started this journey in my own kitchen, and that is where I still operate. My philosophy is simple: if I wouldn't serve it to my family, it doesn't leave my kitchen. You won't find artificial stabilizers or frozen shortcuts in my work. When I make a Mango Gateau, I use real, fresh Alphonso chunks. When I make a Tiramisu, it is soaked in actual coffee and layered with genuine mascarpone.
