This is my classic New York Cheesecake, perfected over years to be dense, creamy, and unforgettable. The moment the rich, homemade caramel sauce cascades over a slice is pure magic.

When mango season arrives, my kitchen is filled with the scent of real, farm-fresh fruit. This Mango Gateau is a celebration of that, with layers of light sponge and heaps of fresh mango chunks. No artificial flavors, just pure sunshine in a cake.

This is what happens when a classic Tiramisu decides to dress up. I call it the 'Diva' cake, with its soft pink piping and bold black bows, for someone who is confident, stylish, and deserves nothing less.

My Basque Burnt Cheesecake is for those who love a dessert with character. It has a beautifully caramelized, almost burnt top that gives way to an incredibly creamy, custard-like center. It’s rustic, imperfect, and absolutely what dreams taste like.

This is a glimpse into the heart of my Christmas season. It all starts with soaking the finest fruits and nuts for my Rich Plum Cake. We sold over 260 kgs last season, and every single cake was handmade with no shortcuts.

For moments when you need a personal treat or a thoughtful gift, I created these dessert tubs. This is my Chocolate Truffle tub, layered with rich cake, mousse, and ganache, ready to be enjoyed anytime.

I love creating edible art for your biggest celebrations. This rectangular sheet cake was a canvas for hand-piped buttercream florals in shades of pink, making a beautiful centerpiece for a special birthday.

This was for a large wedding order, a dream project that was also one of my most challenging. It’s a look behind the scenes at the hard work, the occasional setbacks, and the immense joy that goes into making your special days sweeter.
