This three-tier masterpiece was for a beautiful Valima ceremony. The couple wanted their outfits and love story reflected in the design, so I handcrafted this edible illustration of them, surrounded by delicate sugar flowers matching the bride's sari. My Story

Baking wasn’t always the plan. My kitchen, my kids, and a lot of late-night experiments - that’s how it started. Friends and family cheered me on, and out of nowhere, a corporate client wanted birthday cakes every month. That changed everything. But honestly, it’s my son’s fight in the NICU that taught me real strength. Every cake I make, there’s a bit of that love and fight in it.

Suspended designs - I've made four-tier chandelier cakes for weddings, anniversaries and a child's 1st birthday. My work also shows venue assembly.

Cake flowers - I use food-safe silk or artificial flowers instead of real flowers.
