A handpicked selection of my favorite projects from my Malleswaram kitchen, where I turn your ideas into edible stories.
This fairy garden dessert table is the perfect example of what I mean by "more than just cake." We created two main cakes for the birthday girls and surrounded them with a whole spread of themed treats, including blueberry pannacotta, baked donuts, madeleines, mini cupcakes, cakesicles, and chocolate-dipped Oreos.
For the ultimate sports fan, we designed this action-packed dessert table. It features a tiered cake, custom cakesicles, baked donuts, and cake pops, all decorated to represent different sports like football, basketball, and baseball. It's a fun and energetic theme that gets everyone excited.
When you can't decide between Candyland, unicorns, and rainbows, why not have them all? I loved combining these three themes into one magical, three-tiered birthday cake. It’s adorned with handmade fondant details, mini donuts, and colorful cake pops to create a true candyland fantasy.
This project was so much fun. The client came to me with an AI-generated image, and I was thrilled to bring their vision to life with these adorable dinosaur and shark twin cakes. It shows how we can take any idea, no matter how unique, and turn it into a delicious reality with buttercream and custom fondant figures.
This set of 12 custom cookies was a creative challenge I loved. Each cookie represents one of the recipient's favorite things, from their love for the IPL to a peaceful mountain scene. It’s a great example of how we can create highly personalized, hand-painted edible art that is truly one-of-a-kind.
These pregnancy announcement cupcakes are still one of my all-time favorite sets. We created custom 3D fondant caricatures of the family-to-be, making for a super personal and memorable way to share the big news. It’s a joy to be part of such special moments.
Sometimes the best gifts aren't cakes. For a new grandma's birthday, I created this 3D cookie cradle filled with tiny baby-themed cookies and a keepsake figurine of her with her grandchild. It was a unique and heartfelt project that shows the creative possibilities with cookies.
Our festive hampers are a celebration of flavor. This egg-free Diwali hamper was inspired by local Iyengar bakery classics, reimagined with a modern twist. It includes a variety of treats like Dilpasand tea cake, Masala Makhana, and Honey-Berry Macarons, all packed and ready for gifting.

Because I handle delicate fondant work and intricate sugar art, every order is strictly for pick-up from my studio in Malleswaram. I always advise booking your car with the AC on for the drive home, especially if you are carrying a multi-tier structure or a full dessert table, to ensure every sculpted detail stays exactly as I designed it.
My Approach to Custom Work
When you see these projects, you're looking at days of sketching, planning, and late-night sugar work. I don't just bake; I build a concept. Whether it’s a fairy garden theme for a first birthday or a sports-themed dessert table for a fan, the goal is to create a cohesive experience where the centerpieces and the bite-sized treats speak the same visual language.
The 'How-To' of Your Theme
I love a good creative challenge, but I’m honest about what works. Sometimes a client brings me an AI-generated vision, and my job is to figure out the technicality of making it edible and delicious.
- Structure Matters: For tiered cakes, I use doweling to ensure they survive the journey home.
- The Details: If you aren't a fan of too much fondant, we can use chocolate or cookie toppers instead. My sister, Nivedita, works with me on the dessert spreads, so you get a mix of expertise in dipped treats, donuts, and cupcakes.
- Local Traditions: I love incorporating traditional elements like 'Sakkare Acchu' (sugar figurines) for festivals, bridging the gap between modern custom cakes and our heritage.
A Practical Heads-Up
I’m a small team, and good work takes time. I need a few days of notice for custom dessert tables to get the planning right. Since everything is handmade—from the 3D caricatures to the hand-painted cookies—I have minimum order quantities for dessert types to ensure I can give each piece the attention it deserves.
