The face of intensity during a chest fly workout. To build muscle, you have to push past your comfort zone and feel the burn in every single repetition.

The aftermath of a brutal leg day. This is the moment of exhaustion right before you get up and do it all over again. Pain is temporary, but pride is forever.

That feeling when you've given it your all. Collapsed on the floor after a heavy set, completely spent. This is the level of effort required for real growth.

Barbell upright rows in a dimly lit gym. Focusing on building powerful shoulders and traps. The only thing that matters in this moment is the weight and the next rep.

Bicep curls with an EZ bar. The lightning effect is just for fun, but the intensity is real. Every curl is a step towards building bigger, stronger arms.

From dumbbell presses to push-ups, the work never stops. I built myself piece by piece, and this is how it's done. Don't mistake this for arrogance; it's earned confidence.

Working the cable crossover machine to build a defined chest. The look of focus says it all. It's just me against the weights.

The moment before a heavy squat and the exhaustion after. This is the reality of leg day. You have to be willing to go to a dark place to see the light of progress.

Heavy T-bar rows. This exercise is a beast for building a thick, dense back. The grunt and the struggle are part of the process.

Dumbbell lateral raises to build wide, capped shoulders. The slight blur captures the motion and intensity of the movement.

About The Grind: My Personal Training Regimen

You won't find AC-controlled luxury here. What you will find is a heavy iron set-up and me or my team spotting every rep until you hit absolute failure. If you're coming to talk, stay home. If you're coming to train until your muscles scream, you're at the right place.

I built this body from scratch over 15 years. Ye tinka tinka jodkar bana hai (it’s built piece by piece). When you join my personal training regimen at MJ Fitness Club in Sector 9, you aren't just getting a PDF chart. You are stepping into a culture of sweat and consistency.

My Coaching Philosophy

I focus on compound movements—squats, deadlifts, and presses. These aren't just exercises; they are the foundation of a strong physique.

  • Natural Growth: No shortcuts or magic pills. We rely on home-cooked nutrition and intense, progressive overload.
  • Form First: I don't care how much weight you put on the bar if your form is sloppy. I will be right there to correct you, even if that means stripping the plates off to fix your technique.
  • Real-World Conditioning: My workouts are meant to make you an athlete, not just someone who looks good in a mirror. You will train, you will struggle, and then you will grow.

Whether you are preparing for a powerlifting meet or just want to burn fat and build muscle, the protocol is the same. We train hard. We train heavy. We communicate through action.
