My Fitness Journey: How I Train and Build Strength
Dekho, main sirf bolta nahi, main karta hoon. Yeh physique koi magic nahi hai, yeh saalon ki mehnat, heavy lifts, aur disciplined diet ka nateeja hai.
Make me the villain of your story, and I'll show you that the hero doesn't always win. This is the mindset I bring to my own training and my coaching.
A quick physique check after a workout. I hold myself to the same high standards I expect from my clients. Defined abs and solid muscle are earned, not given.
Posing with one of my clients. I lead by example, showing what is possible with years of consistent training and dedication.
A mirror selfie to track my own conditioning. As a coach, it's my responsibility to stay in top shape and embody the principles I teach.
Another progress check. Maintaining a lean, muscular physique year-round requires discipline with both training and nutrition.
Strength and faith go hand in hand. A powerful back workout fueled by devotion. Jai Bajrangbali.
Make your videos. Your dad is here now to reply to you. The movie is just getting started. I bring intensity and confidence to everything I do.
After a chest workout on the pec deck machine, I take a moment to check my conditioning. Every workout is a step towards a better version of myself.
About My Own Journey: I Practice What I Preach
You see the conditioning in these photos? It is not genetics, it is 20 years of relentless compound lifting and calculated carb cycling. I do not use shortcuts or fancy gear, just consistent, heavy training and honest nutrition. When you see me training, you are seeing the blueprint I use for every student I coach. If you want results, stop looking for an easy way out and start training like you mean it.
Many trainers hide behind filters or just give generic PDF plans. I live this life every single day. Every rep you see me doing in these videos is a lesson. My foundation is built on heavy Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench Press, the holy trinity of strength. I do not believe in overcomplicating things. My diet is simple, functional Indian food like eggs, chicken, oats, and roti. If it does not fuel your lift, it is not on my plate. When I talk about aggressive carb cycling in my 12-week transformation plans, it is because I have tested those cycles on my own body first. I know exactly how your body reacts when you push past fatigue because I have been there every morning at 4 AM. Whether you are looking to step on a bodybuilding stage or just want to get rid of that gut, you need to understand one thing: discipline is the only supplement that works. Stop overthinking your protein shake and start focusing on your lifting form. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to guide you.
