Natural bodybuilding is a game of patience. Most people quit when they do not see results in a week. I do not. My posing routines and progress shots reflect years of trial and error in diet and training. I document this because accountability matters. When I am in the gym, I am not playing around. We focus on compound movements, heavy iron, and pushing to failure. You will not find expensive supplements or climate-controlled luxury here. What you will find is a hardcore environment where the work gets done. My competition prep and posing sessions are as real as it gets.
