We focus on the big movements that actually build muscle and strength: squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses.

My sessions at Muscle Tech Fitness are about teaching you how to move weight safely and effectively. I do not just count reps. I fix your grip, adjust your depth, and analyze your posture.
