About My 15-Year Journey: From Scratch to Strength
People often ask me about supplements or fast-track hacks, but my 15-year transformation was built on a different foundation: disciplined nutrition based on roti and dal, combined with heavy, compound lifts. I do not believe in quick fixes. When you train at my gym in Sector 9, you are not just lifting iron; you are learning how to control your diet and build a natural physique that actually lasts.
Real Work, No Secrets
I built this body from scratch. When I say it took 15 years, I mean 15 years of consistency—not just a few months of intense dieting followed by a crash. Most people quit when it gets hard, but the real change happens after you push past the pain.
The 'Desi' Approach to Nutrition
You don't need expensive powders or complex supplements to change your body. My coaching focuses on sustainable fuel. We use home-cooked Indian meals—Dal, Paneer, and Roti. This is the fuel that built my physique, and it is the fuel that will build yours. I design diet charts that actually fit into an Indian lifestyle, not plans that feel like a punishment.
