I’m not just a coach, I’m a competitor. I’ve stood on stage at Mr. Asia, Mr. North India, and more. My own Guru ji trains with me, so you know this isn’t just talk. When I coach, you get my actual blueprint for winning.

What We’ll Work On

  • Raw Strength & Powerlifting: Heavy lifts, solid technique, real progress. Deadlifts, squats, bench - the basics, but done right.
  • Bodybuilding & Posing Practice: It’s not enough to lift. We work on every pose until it’s second nature. I’ll help you show off what you build.
  • Contest Diet Planning: I handle your nutrition for every phase - bulking, cutting, and especially those peak week bodybuilding strategies that make or break your stage look.

Where the Work Happens

We train at MJ Fitness Club in Gurgaon. Not a fancy place, but full of people who actually want results. It’s the ‘Pain Zone’ - expect to work hard, maa kasam (I swear).

My Story

Naam MJ Fitness Club hai, par asli baat yeh hai - hum UP waale hain, system strong hai. 15 saal ki mehnat hai, tinka tinka jodkar yeh club khada kiya. Gym toh zindagi hai, par parivar sabse pehle. Hum apne aim pe tikke hain, baaki sab secondary. Champion bolte nahi, bana hai mehnat se. Parivaar, guru ji, aur khud pe bharosa - bas yahi mantra hai.
