About Beyond the Gym

You will see me training in the snow or finding peace in the mountains, but it is the same focus I bring to your workout. True strength is not just moving heavy iron, it is about staying disciplined even when you are away from the gym. If you can control your mind in the chaos of life, the weight is easy.

The 24/7 Mindset

Fitness is not an hour-long session. It is the life you lead the other 23 hours. When I travel, I don't look for excuses to stop. Whether I am in Spiti Valley or a remote snowy peak, I find a way to train, to move, and to keep my head in the game. This is what 'system strong' really means. It is about consistency that doesn't break, no matter where you are.

Why I Train This Way

I built my body tinka tinka (piece by piece) over 15 years. It wasn't about fancy machines or climate-controlled studios. It was about raw effort. When you see me in these photos, you are not just seeing a guy on vacation. You are seeing a philosophy. You learn to carry your discipline with you. If you are looking for a trainer who will mollycoddle you, I am not your guy. If you are looking for someone who will teach you how to turn your life into a grind you actually enjoy, you are at the right place.

My Approach to You

My coaching is built on the same foundation. No shortcuts. No hacks. Just the grind. Whether you are training for bodybuilding, powerlifting, or just want to lose fat, the principles remain the same.
