I built my physique piece by piece over 15 years, and I apply that same grit to your training. At MJ Fitness Club in Sector 9, we do not have luxury climate control or fancy machines. We have iron plates, loud music, and a community that holds you accountable.
The 'Guru Ji' Approach
My coaching is built on three pillars: discipline, technique, and consistency. When you sign up for personal training or competition prep, you are not just getting a generic PDF. You are getting:
- Form Correction: I am on the floor with you, physically guiding your reps to prevent injury and hit the right muscle groups.
- No-Nonsense Nutrition: We stick to home-cooked meals like roti, dal, and paneer. I do not push expensive, unnecessary supplements.
- Mental Conditioning: Physical change is 50% mental. If you want to slack off, this is not the place for you. We push past the 'I can't' barrier.
