The Grind: Intensive Workouts & Natural Bodybuilding
Gym isn't a place for excuses, it's where we build the foundation. Whether you are prepping for a stage or just chasing a better version of yourself, here is how we get the work done.
This is my therapy. A solid incline dumbbell press session to build upper chest mass, followed by some posing practice in the mirror to track progress.
Finishing a chest workout with cable crossovers. This exercise is crucial for bringing out the striations and details needed to impress the judges during a bodybuilding competition.
Leg day is non-negotiable for a balanced physique. Here I am performing squats on the Smith machine, focusing on deep, controlled reps to build strength and size in the quads and glutes.
Pushing heavy on the incline dumbbell press. Building raw strength is the foundation of my training philosophy, which then gets refined during the contest cutting phase.
Building a thick back with seated single-arm dumbbell rows. This movement helps develop the lats and mid-back muscles, which are key for a dominant back double-bicep pose.
Checking my abdominal and back definition. As a natural bodybuilder, maintaining a lean physique requires consistent effort, and I practice the same discipline I expect from my clients.
About The Grind: My Workouts
This isn't about fancy machines or quick fixes. When you train with me at Beyond Fitness Point, we focus on the heavy compounds—squats, deadlifts, and incline presses—that actually pack on muscle. It is a 6-day-a-week commitment where we refine your form, fix your diet, and make sure that every single rep counts toward your goal. If you are ready to put in the real work, I am ready to push you.
Bodybuilding is 90% discipline and 10% lifting. I specialize in natural bodybuilding contest prep, which means we are not looking for shortcuts. My methodology at Beyond Fitness Point in South Ex revolves around a no-nonsense approach. We track your macros, adjust your diet weekly based on how your body reacts, and hit the iron hard.
My Training Philosophy
We focus on symmetry and strength. If your back is lagging, we hit rows. If your chest needs size, we prioritize incline work until you see the definition. It is not just about moving weight; it is about feeling the muscle work.
Natural Bodybuilding
I train athletes who want to build a physique the clean way. We look at everything from your water loading to your salt intake during peak week. It is a calculated process, not a guessing game.
Posing and Prep
Building the muscle is only half the battle. We dedicate specific sessions to posing mastery because, on stage, you need to show off the details you spent months grinding for. From back double-bicep transitions to abdominal vacuums, we practice it until it becomes muscle memory.
