If you’re done making excuses and want real results, I get you. I’ve built myself up, tinka tinka jodkar (bit by bit), through 15 years of grind. I don’t play around with shortcuts. You show up, you work hard, that’s it.

My Style: Coach + Accountability Partner

People call me Coach or Guru ji because I don’t just count reps. I push you, I fix your form, and I keep you honest. Tough love is my style - I’ll show you the way, but the mehnat (hard work) has to be yours.

What We Do: Strength & Conditioning

This isn’t a chill session. My focus is on strength training for beginners and experienced folks alike. We get into powerlifting coaching in Gurgaon - squats, deadlifts, bench press. If bodybuilding is your goal, we chase muscle growth, definition, and even posing.

You’ll also get real-world, functional fitness workouts - kettlebells, rope climbs, burpees. Sometimes, we skip the weights and hit intense bodyweight sessions to build your foundation.

Nutrition & Community

Training is half of it. I’ll guide you on basic nutrition and supplements so you fuel up right. And at MJ Fitness Club, you join a team - friendly competitions, support, and a strong system. Not for the lazy, but for those ready to sweat mehnat ka paseena (the sweat of hard work).

My Story

Naam MJ Fitness Club hai, par asli baat yeh hai - hum UP waale hain, system strong hai. 15 saal ki mehnat hai, tinka tinka jodkar yeh club khada kiya. Gym toh zindagi hai, par parivar sabse pehle. Hum apne aim pe tikke hain, baaki sab secondary. Champion bolte nahi, bana hai mehnat se. Parivaar, guru ji, aur khud pe bharosa - bas yahi mantra hai.
