Competition prep at MJ Fitness Club isn't about expensive supplements or fancy shortcuts. It’s about strict periodization, daily posing practice, and mastering peak week with precise water and salt manipulation. You will be training twice a day, correcting your form on every heavy lift, and learning how to handle the mental stress of extreme dieting.   • Peak Week Management: We manipulate your water, salt, and carbohydrate intake with clinical precision to ensure you step on stage with that razor-sharp definition.
  • Mandatory Posing: You can have the best physique, but if you cannot display it, you lose. We drill mandatory poses and transitions until they are second nature.
