Booking a session is the easy part; showing up is the actual commitment. We provide all the gear—from weighted poi to taped hoops—so you do not have to worry about carrying equipment. Just come in comfortable clothes, bring some water, and be ready to be a little clumsy while you figure out your rhythm.
