Behind the artful circles of fire, there is the simple joy of playing with daytime props. For me, mindful play and learning is the real foundation of my flow.
We started a hoop religion, a literal women's circle! I feel the safest and freest around my sisters. This is the supportive, joyful community we are building together.
This picture is just too cute. It perfectly describes us: me focused on the work, and my partner Yacobeh distracted by something shiny. Amidst the chaos, we always find time to relax and enjoy.
Hula hooping is even more fun when you add a friend to the mix. Our community is built on moments like these, supporting each other and sharing the joy of flow.

About Our IndieFlow Community
You do not need a background in dance or fitness to join us. Whether you are picking up a hula hoop for the first time or wanting to refine your poi technique, the goal is simple. We focus on showing up and moving because the magic happens when you let go of the pressure to be perfect and just start playing.
At IndieFlow, we believe that flow arts should be accessible, grounded, and genuinely fun. Based in our studio at OMBR Layout, Banaswadi, I created this space to make wellness through play a real, achievable part of your weekly schedule. I know how hard it is to switch off from work mode, which is why our classes are designed to help you disconnect from stress and reconnect with your body.
We offer diverse sessions ranging from Flow Sundays to deep-dive intensives. You can explore a variety of props including hula hoops, poi, and DapoStar. We provide all the equipment, so you just need to wear something comfortable and bring your enthusiasm. Our community is built on mutual support, not competition.
If you are a beginner, we start with the basics of plane control and body awareness. If you have been spinning for a while, we look at transition logic and flow routines. Beyond the technical skills, this is a place to meet people who are also looking to add a bit of movement meditation to their lives. Whether you join a group course or attend a pop-up masterclass, you are stepping into a community that celebrates every attempt, every drop, and every breakthrough. We keep our batches small to ensure you get the attention you need to grow your flow.
