New Dance Class Batches and Upcoming Workshops

My approach to teaching centers on the idea that dance is a language. In these workshops and ongoing batches, we move away from the pressure of perfection. Instead, we focus on the mechanics of movement, from ballet fundamentals like floor barre to contemporary floorwork like slides and inversions.

I conduct classes across various locations in Bangalore, including HSR Layout, JP Nagar, and Cunningham Road. My sessions cater to everyone, whether you are a beginner picking up dance for the first time or a regular practitioner looking to deepen your flow. We structure our time with warm-ups to build strength, followed by diagonal corner work and technique-heavy fusion sequences.

If you are interested in joining a session, remember that my priority is safety and individual progress. For group classes, we meet twice weekly to work through routines and improvisation tools. If you prefer a faster pace or need help with injury recovery or specific technique correction, we can also organize one-on-one sessions at your convenience. Whatever your experience level, you are welcome to come as you are and explore.
