Hula Hoop Practice and Play in Bengaluru
This is my raw practice space. No pressure for perfection, just steady exploration of rhythm, geometry, and the joy of finding my flow state one spin at a time.
A cinematic video of me juggling hoops under a large banyan tree, reflecting on how my path is circular, not linear, just like my hoops.
A visual representation of my hoops keeping me on my feet, juggling multiple hoops with my hands and feet in a park.
Hooping in the snow for the first time during a high-altitude trek. A magical moment of taking my flow to new heights, literally.
My book balance challenge, where I juggle hoops while balancing a book on my head. A fun way to combine my love for reading, math, and flow.
A duet hoop session with a friend in a sunlit park, showing the simple joy of sharing your art with your flowmies.
Another fun duet with a fellow hooper. Together we create magic, learn new moves, and make great memories.
A partner hooping choreography session in a park, learning a power choreo with a friend and new quad hoops.
A silhouette shot of me finding my flow state in a raw, unstructured space, a moment of pure eff-flow-rescence.
Practicing massive isolations and iso-pops with a jumbo hoop in the park, feeling pleasantly surprised by my arm strength.
Challenging the idea that small hoops are not for on-body work, I flow with a 21-inch mini hoop.
About Hula Hoop Practice & Play
When I share these clips, I am stripping away the polished stage performance to show the reality of learning. You will see drops, resets, and the messy process of mastering a new trick. Whether it is refining an isolation or syncing a hoop with a specific rhythm, this is where the actual growth happens.
My practice sessions explore the intersection of topology and movement. Whether I am drilling isolations or experimenting with multi-hoop juggling, my focus remains on understanding the physics behind every spin. You might see me referencing why a hose pipe wobbles like a waist hoop, because for me, the science is just as satisfying as the dance.
I train at Good Move Wellness in Koramangala where we remove the performance pressure. It is just you, the hoop, and the math of motion. My courses range from basic alignment programs to intensive flow retreats, all designed to build core strength and spatial awareness. If you have ever felt like your body does not move the way you want, or if you simply find comfort in repeating a pattern until it clicks, this is the environment for you. We focus on the practice, the repetitions, and the quiet moments between the tricks. It is not about the end result on stage. It is about the connection between your mind and your body.
