Yoga is not a project to fix your body, it is a way to come home to it. These sessions are designed for healing, recovery, and making movement accessible for every body, regardless of your starting point.

Rest is a practice too. A restorative session isn't about doing nothing; it's about activating the body's natural healing processes. By holding supported poses, we lower cortisol, calm the nervous system, and allow the body to truly rebuild.

Sometimes, all your body needs is permission to slow down. In my restorative classes, we use props like bolsters and blocks to fully support the body, allowing for deep rest and rejuvenation.

Not ready for headstands? That's perfectly fine. My Yoga Movement & Therapy class is a safe space for beginners or those with limited mobility to build a strong foundation, focusing on flexibility, spinal alignment, and core strength.

This wrist extension and release is a lifesaver for anyone who spends hours typing or working with their hands. It's also a great way to release tension after an intense handstand practice.

Mobility is a form of expression. Simple, daily mobility drills like these side lunges can massively improve your range of motion, making everyday tasks feel easier and pain-free.

We all need to open our shoulders. Modern life leaves our upper bodies tight and stiff. This quick sequence, including Paschima Namaskar or Reverse Prayer Pose, helps release tension and reset your posture.

Can you unlock flexibility just by stretching? Yes. Stretching and flexibility are interdependent. Regular, tailored stretching is vital for maintaining a healthy range of motion and overall physical well-being.

Give your body time to heal and connect with our Recovery Yoga session. This workshop features gentle stretches and partner poses designed to boost flexibility, aid recovery, and promote deep relaxation.

It's okay to have a lazy day. If you want to incorporate some gentle movement, try a few simple stretches, a relaxed walk, or just some deep breathing. Movement doesn't have to be intense to be beneficial.

Using a yoga chair for a supported Sarvangasana, or Shoulder Stand, is a wonderful way to get the benefits of the inversion without straining your neck. Props are here to help elevate your practice.

About Therapeutic & Restorative Yoga

We use props like chairs, blocks, and straps not as crutches, but as tools to make poses accessible for back pain, stiff joints, or limited mobility. Whether you are dealing with an old injury or just the effects of a sedentary job, these sessions are about finding alignment and relief without the strain.
