If you have chronic pain or limited mobility, you do not need to force your body into traditional floor postures; we adjust everything to your comfort level so you can experience the healing benefits of yoga without physical strain.

How We Modify Practice

- Chair Yoga: For seniors or those with knee and back pain, we use chairs to perform Sun Salutations and stretches, removing the barrier of getting on and off the floor.
- Breathwork (Pranayama): We focus on calming the nervous system, which is crucial for managing anxiety and hormonal balance.
- Hybrid Convenience: Join me in person at my Yeshwanthpur studio to use our full range of props, or log in via Zoom from home. Both formats receive the same focus on individual correction and adaptation.
