Little Champions: Taekwondo for Kids
I don’t just teach kids to punch and kick. We build focus, confidence, and discipline that lasts a lifetime. Here, every child learns that every fall is just a lesson.
This little champion shows incredible flexibility and a bright smile. My kids' classes focus on making fitness fun while building a strong foundation in Taekwondo, as seen in her impressive vertical kick.
Our little champions start with the basics. This video shows our youngest students working on flexibility and practicing their first kicks with a senior student, building confidence with every move.
Training here is holistic. It includes agility drills with cones, one-on-one coaching to correct form, and even ensuring proper nutrition like a post-workout banana for recovery.
For my students, Taekwondo is the solution. This video shows our young martial artists channeling their energy positively through focused drills and powerful kicks.
People say a sport cannot change your mood, but I see it happen every day. Watch how training transforms our students, giving them an outlet for expression and a sense of accomplishment.
The journey to a black belt starts with the first step. Here, I am leading a fun and energetic warm-up session with my junior students, building a positive and disciplined training environment.

About Little Champions: Kids Classes
This isn't just a fun class—it’s a disciplined environment. We train on 25mm shock-absorbing mats to ensure safety while your child learns proper form, from agility ladder drills to controlled striking, building the motor skills and mental grit they need.
Building Discipline, Not Just Muscles
In my academy, Taekwondo is a 'tapasya' (devotion). When I work with children, my goal isn't to make them fighters in the violent sense; it's to give them the armor of discipline. Kids today are distracted, but here, they learn to focus. We start with the basics—the stance, the breathing, the respect for the opponent.
What We Actually Do
We don't do 'easy'. My training sessions involve:
- Agility Drills: Using ladders and cones to build footwork and coordination.
- Controlled Sparring: Using full protective gear so they learn the impact without the injury.
- Flexibility & Stamina: Core exercises and stretching to build a body that can handle pressure.
The Bindapur Dojo Rules
I run a tight ship. We train on 25mm EVA interlocking safety mats, and I keep the environment focused. If your child comes here, they will sweat. They will struggle. But they will also learn that being a champion requires showing up even when you don't feel like it. We focus on positive energy—no room for drama or laziness.
