A powerful kick is useless without the right range of motion. I focus on deep stretching and core stability because that is how we build a body that does not break.

Flexibility does not come easy. I personally assist my students with their stretches to help them safely push their limits and achieve the full splits required for high kicks.

People think it is all fun, but they do not see the painful stretching sessions behind every high kick. Here, a student works through the discomfort to achieve greater flexibility, smiling through the grind.
