Whether we're in the studio or you're at your home, I focus on correcting your form and teaching you how to use props like blocks to make the practice accessible, not painful. It’s not about doing a perfect headstand; it’s about learning how to listen to what your body needs on any given day.

We move through Vinyasa and Hatha sequences designed to calm your nervous system, which is essential if you're navigating the daily grind of the city.
