This is the heart of my practice where movement meets mindfulness. I focus on connecting with the breath through Vinyasa and Hatha sequences to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and build a strong mind-body connection.

Advanced Practice: Inversions & Arm Balances

For those looking to challenge themselves, I offer guidance in advanced asanas. We work progressively and safely to build the strength, control, and confidence needed for inversions like headstands and forearm balances. This is a journey of consistent practice.

Deep Flexibility & Backbends

My practice heavily incorporates poses that improve mobility and create an open, flexible body. We work on everything from splits to deep backbends like wheel pose and king pigeon, which are amazing for relieving back pain and boosting energy.

Partner & Acroyoga

Discover the joy of practicing with a partner. My Acroyoga sessions are a fun, engaging way to build trust, improve communication, and develop strength and balance in a supportive environment. It’s all about lifting each other up.

Creative & Playful Movement

I believe movement should be joyful and exploratory. In this space, we go beyond traditional yoga to play with aerial hoop, calisthenics-inspired flows, and even some fun "desi" workouts. It's all about experimenting and finding what makes your soul have fun.

There is a special kind of peace that comes from practicing outdoors. I often take my mat to parks, rooftops at sunset, or quiet spots in the mountains to connect with the elements. These sessions are focused on grounding your energy and finding calm.
