Creative and Playful Yoga Movement Sessions in Gurugram
Movement shouldn't feel like a rigid routine. From aerial hoops to calisthenics, I help you find joy in the way your body moves.
Exploring magical shapes in the air with the aerial hoop. This sequence shows a graceful inversion and split, highlighting the blend of strength and artistry in this practice.
The power of community. Here, my friends and I are synchronized in a flow of Hindu pushups, a traditional bodyweight exercise that builds incredible strength.
Time for a "desi" workout in nature. This video includes natural movements like climbing, bodyweight rows on a tree branch, and cobra pose on the earth.
About Creative & Playful Movement
I do not believe in restricting movement to a static mat. My sessions blend aerial hoop, calisthenics, and traditional bodyweight exercises like Hindu pushups to help you build functional strength that actually works for your lifestyle. We move with purpose, using the body you have today, not the one you think you need.
Why limit your practice to a treadmill or repetitive gym machines? In my sessions, we focus on what your body is actually capable of doing. You will find me using tree branches for rows, aerial hoops for inversion practice, and movements that challenge your balance and mobility. This is about building a body that feels good in the real world, not just on a screen.
Whether you join my group sessions at CaliClan Academy in Sector 58 or at the All Fit Gym in Sector 52A, the philosophy remains the same. We keep the batches small, typically 8 to 15 people, so I can keep a close eye on your form—especially when we are playing with inversions or mobility flows. It is messy, it is fun, and it is entirely real. If you are tired of the same old fitness routine and want to try something that combines traditional Hatha roots with modern mobility work, this is where we mix things up. We do not just train for strength; we train for freedom.
Sandhya
Hey, I am Sandhya. I think of yoga as a conversation with my body rather than a chore. Whether we are in the park or a studio, I am here to help you move with joy instead of just counting reps.
