Your body has done something amazing. Now, it's time to heal. This is Day 1 of my gentle yoga series, perfect for starting your recovery journey after a C-section or normal delivery. We begin with *Sukshm Vyayam* to slowly awaken your muscles.

The 'mommy pooch' is real, and I had it too. I want to show you that with consistent, targeted yoga, you can rebuild your core strength. This video shows my own two month progress and the simple flows I used to tone my belly.

Postpartum hair fall can be so stressful. I created this quick, one minute yoga routine to help boost scalp circulation and reduce hair loss naturally. It’s a small step that makes a big difference.
