About Youth Champions Program

We keep our classes focused with a 1:15 coach-to-student ratio, ensuring your child gets proper technique correction. This isn't just about punching bags; we use agility ladders, cone drills, and shadowboxing to build motor skills and coordination, making sure every session provides a structured, full-body workout for kids aged 5 to 15.
