This is not your average cardio class. We reserve special hours exclusively for women, so you can train without the usual gym distractions. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, our NIS certified coaches focus on technique first, helping you burn fat and learn practical defense moves that actually work.

We believe boxing is the ultimate tool for female empowerment. Forget monotonous treadmill runs. Our sessions are built around HIIT-infused boxing mechanics that can burn up to 800 calories per hour, but the real benefit is mental. You will learn to hold your guard, throw a proper jab, and stay aware of your surroundings.

Our trainers are national-level athletes who know how to teach, not just how to bark orders.
